Self-absorbed, OCD-ridden Harry Alexander Hamilton and his happy-go-lucky cellmate, Clyde Johnson, are the least respected prisoners in the joint. When a prison break occurs around them, Harry and Clyde elect to self-parole and hide from authorities in Lost Cove, an isolated backwoods town that GPS swears doesn’t exist. The townspeople welcome the escaped convicts with open arms and proclaim them Specials, a ceremonial title granting the men all their hearts’ desire for the rest of their lives—which won’t be long. The town harbors a dark secret, and sacrifices must be made.
